Republic.Collector of matchstick labels, writer (author of 39 novels, mostly historical and children's books). For Filumenist he created over 200 catalogues, sticker albums and studies of 160 Czech match factories and their labels since 1840. He has been collecting labels from all over the world (excluding advertisements) since 1955 and his collection has more than 150,000 different labels from all over the world.
For
this exhibition he prepared a selection of labels designed by the Czech artist
Vilibald Weinzettl in the early 1950s.
